Michel Neumann

Michel Neumann is a photographer based in Berlin, working across portraiture, landscape and quiet documentary. His pictures are shaped by long looking — the camera arrives late, after the light has already started to leave.

He works primarily on medium format film, with occasional digital projects for editorial clients. Selected commissions for Vue, Apartamento, and 032c.

His ongoing series include Concrete Mirage, a study of post-war architecture in winter, and Empty Quarter, a walking project across the Rub' al Khali.
